We re looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Executive Project Manager to help lead our strategic initiatives and bridge the gap between our engineering, product, and business efforts.
Job Summary:
The Executive Project Manager will work closely with management, technical staff, and users to oversee and drive the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects. This individual must possess strong technical skills, including experience with AI/ML, Python, and mobile systems architecture, and act as a key partner in scaling our platform and integrating emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects focused on AI-driven media innovation and mobile systems development.
- Collaborate with staff to define project scope, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the technical liaison between business and engineering, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Drive strategic initiatives such as platform scalability, AI model deployment, and mobile system optimization.
- Monitor and report on project status, including budget, timeline, and key deliverables, directly to senior leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends in AI, mobile development, and media technology, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex technical projects in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong coding experience with Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of mobile systems architecture and development (iOS, Android, or hybrid solutions).
- Experience with AI-powered media technologies (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and modern software development practices (DevOps).
- Experience with data pipelines, APIs, and microservices architecture is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with mobile app development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin).
- Knowledge of media streaming technologies and content management systems.
- Previous experience working directly with AI research or development teams.
