A small well-established recruiting company is looking for an entry level recruiter trainee. You will work primarily on technical, and some business roles.
You may have some experience in recruitment or technology, but you will be trained on all aspects of the job. You will work with lead generation, account generation and management, recruitment, contract negotiations and offer advisory services to our clients. You will primarily work with C-level executives and technical managers.
The main skills we seek are excellent communication and logical skills. You should be well-versed with social media, MSO, and be passionate about developing a career. This role will start off as a pure trainee position and develop into a full life cycle account manager/recruiter.
