A technology startup specializing in scaling solutions is seeking an experienced open-source GenAI developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with skilled professionals on projects for a variety of clients, primarily in the finance/trading sector.
The ideal candidate has a background in open-source development and is actively working on building and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs), beyond just basic chatbot applications. Proficiency in technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and other AI-related frameworks is essential. Familiarity with MLOps, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn is also critical. A strong command of Java and Python, along with a deep understanding of current system architectures, is required. Experience with trading systems is highly desirable.
Your primary focus will be automating system scaling using AI technologies, where the impact of your work will outshine the tools you use. You will collaborate with both business users and technical teams, ensuring clear documentation of your work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
